On 3 October 2022, His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun officially designated Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha to present awards to students in academic year 2021. Mr. Kritchapol Juntarapratug, a College of Computer Science student at PSU’s Phuket Campus, received the royal award “Student of the Year 2021 in Higher Education” at Dusidalai Hall, Chitralada Villa, Dusit Palace, Bangkok

       Mr. Kritchapol Juntarapratug (nicknamed Tae-chow) is an excellent student with a long history of outstanding achievements and participation in notable activities, such as “Drug-free Students in Academic Year 2022” and “Blue Sky with White Schools Fair”. He has met Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana Rajakany on the occasion of the follow up of “TO BE NUMBER ONE” project in Phuket. He organized the “Food Waste Market Link” project to reduce the amount of food waste in Phuket, and participated in the exhibition “Less Plastic Phuket” by the United Nations (UN) and EU organization. Mr. Kritchapol has also received an award for information technology students with outstanding morality and ethics in academic year 2020.
