On 28 April 2022, Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2022 has ranked PSU 2nd in the country and 73rd in the world for promoting sustainable, sustainable economic growth and affordable employment according to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 8: Decent work and economic growth) of the United Nations. PSU was also placed among the top 100 universities in the world, rising up from 98th place in 2021 to 73rd in 2022.
