The Royal Thai Embassy in Manama, in collaboration with Thai Mart Bahrain, the PSU Halal Institute, and G-Motif Production Co. Ltd, organized the exhibition and sales event “Thai Halal Products in Bahrain” at Thai Mart Bahrain, 25-27 March 2021. The exhibition showcased authentic Thai Halal food and products, along with informative displays of Halal innovation, Thai tourism, and the readiness of Thai entrepreneurs to join the halal market in Bahrain.

       The event consisted of a Halal innovation exhibition of Halal food and products such as date coffee, palm sugar coffee, durian coffee, dried fruits, snacks, nuts and organic herbal products. The organizers have been working under strict health guidelines in Bahrain throughout the three-day event.

       Participants also enjoyed the fun activity “Shoot & Share”, where they received souvenirs for taking photos and sharing them on social media with the hashtag #ThaihalalproductsinBahrain. The event was well received by both Thai and foreign participants during the three days.
