Training on "Manuscript Writing: Perspective of Academic Journal Editor"

        On August 28, 2017, the PSU Graduate School has organized an academic training on "Manuscript Writing: Perspective of Academic Journal Editor" at LRC Building, PSU Hat Yai Campus, in order to provide graduate students with knowledge and guidelines for writing manuscripts and academic research articles to be published in journals.

   Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teerapol Srichana, Dean of the Graduate School, gave a welcome speech and thanked to the guest speakers for kindly accepting to discuss and share experiences with the participating students. He also emphasized the benefits and knowledge skills to be gained during the training, in order for students to apply them on writing academic articles for journals. Afterwards, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Damrongsak Faroongsarng, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, held a lecture on "Manuscript Writing for Graduate Studies."

        The training brought together three expert speakers, namely Prof. Dr. Amonrrat Phongdara, Editor of the Pharmaceutical Biology Journal; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Proespichaya Kanatharana, Editor-in-Chief of Songklanakarin Journal of Science and Technology; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Pichet Saengthong, Editor of Songklanakarin Journal of Social Sciences & Humanities, who jointly discussed issues regarding "Manuscript Writing: Perspective of Academic Journal Editor".

        More than 140 participants, both lecturers and students, attended this training.
