Immigration Officers Assist PSU Foreign Staff and Students

PSU received three distinguished officers from the Immigration Office of Hat Yai City on Wednesday, August 1, 2012, at the President’s Office Building. The officers handled various matters for the university’s international staff and students, such as collecting documents to allow for more than 90 days of stay in Thailand, visa extension, re-entry visas, and advice on a range of related issues. More than 50 international staff and students met with the immigration officers on this day.

This was the fourth time the Immigration Office of Hat Yai City allowed representatives to come to PSU and facilitate document processing for foreigners working and studying here. Due to the large number of foreign staff and students who sought assistance with immigration matters, the officers will continue to offer their services at PSU Hat Yai Campus. PSU expresses its greatest appreciation to the Hat Yai Immigration Office for allowing members of its international community to save precious time and thus better concentrate on their work and study at PSU.
