On January 18, 2013, PSU received two distinguished visitors from Asia University, Taiwan, namely Dr. Han C. W. Hsiao, Director of the Center for International Academic Exchange, and Dr. Thomas C. P. Chang, Section Chief of the same center. The objective of their visit was to discuss possible future collaboration between our universities, such as students exchange, joint research, and training programs.

Our guests were warmly welcomed by Dr. Paphavee Van Dommelen, Assistant President for International Affairs and Foreign Students, and representatives from the faculties of Medicine, Science, Agro-Industry, and Management Sciences.

As a result of their visit, both universities agreed to establish a Memorandum of Understanding and an Agreement for Students Exchange.
