PSU had the honor to receive six distinguished guests from Niigata University, Japan, on May 23, 2013. Our visitors, led by Prof. Dr. Takeyasu Maeda, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, were warmly welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chusak Limsakul, PSU President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chairat Charoemratrote, Dean of the PSU Faculty of Dentistry, along with the faculty’s representatives.

On this occasion, the two faculties of Dentistry also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at faculty level in order to promote mutual understanding, academic and cultural exchanges, as well as staff and student exchanges. The starting point of the cooperation under this MOU will be a short-term exchange program for students.

During the meeting, our distinguished visitors expressed their wish of establishing a university-level MOU between Niigata University and PSU in the near future. This agreement will encourage the development of more collaborative activities among both universities’ staff and students in various fields.
