Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chusak Limsakul, President of Prince of Songkla University, was awarded a trophy and the high recognition of the "Man of the Year 2015" in Education Management and Organization Development. His Excellency Mr. Ampol Senanarong, Privy Councilor, presented the reward to President Chusak on February 6, 2015 at the Convention Hall, Chulabhorn Research Institute (CRI), Bangkok.

Such awards, arranged by the Thai Awards Committee of the Thai Foundation under the "One Million Goodness for King" project, are conferred to persons and organizations that succeed in a career and consecrate themselves to the benefit of the society and the nation, in order to praise and support them persist in their virtues. These remarkable people and institutions are good models for community, which will help empowering the Thailand society.

The PSU President, as the leader of an institution of higher education in the southern Thailand, has managed to drive the five campuses of Prince of Songkla University to answer to the local needs. To attend this aim, President Chusak formed the Campus Council that is an important key to make the university successful, increase public awareness to its students, push the university forward to be ready for the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), and develop social and local community to become southern Thailand's society of wisdom.
