The Dong Yang Team, a robot team from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, PSU Faculty of Engineering, won the third award in the RoboCup Japan Open, specifically in the Robot @Home league, held at Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan from May 3-6, 2014.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pruittikorn Smithmaitrie and Assoc. Prof. Panyarak Ngamsritragul are the advisors of the team formed by 10 PSU students, namely:

Previously, the Dong Yang Team participated in several national and international competitions and won the 1st prize in Thailand Robot Championship 2012.
