Dr. Abdul Aziz and Dr. Aries Musnandar, lecturers at the Postgraduate School of the State Islamic University Maulana Malik Ibrahim (UIN Maliki) Malang, Indonesia, together with 33 Master's and Ph.D. students visited PSU Hat Yai Campus on December 9, 2015.
Dr. Sumana Laparojkit, Assistant President for Organisational Relations; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Kareena, Deputy Director for Graduate Studies at the PSU College of Islamic Studies; and representatives from the PSU International Affairs and Graduate School welcomed the distinguished guests. The welcome meeting was also attended by representatives of the PSU International Students Association.
The objectives of the visit were to exchange ideas on academic programs and educational management in higher education, as well as to foster a friendly relationship among students and staff of both universities. After the meeting, the UIN Maliki Malang delegates also visited the PSU main library.
