PSU has achieved 8th rank in Thailand, 53rd in Southeast Asia, and 206th in Asia with a commendable score of 38.6 in QS World University Rankings: Asia 2025. Announced on November 6, 2024, the rankings evaluated a total of 984 institutions across the continent.
Among the 34 Thai universities featured in the QS World University Rankings: Asia 2025, the top eight are: Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol University, Chiang Mai University, Thammasat University, Krirk University, Kasetsart University, Khon Kaen University, and Prince of Songkla University.
The QS World University Rankings: Asia 2025 evaluates institutions using 11 key indicators across categories such as research, employability, learning experience, and global engagement. PSU achieved an impressive Top 100 ranking in Asia for Academic Reputation, placing 90th with a score of 62.2. The overall score is calculated based on the weighted distribution of these indicators:
