The PSU International Affairs Office (IAO) hosted its first social event of the year on Friday, August 10, 2012, at PSU’s staff club, the Good View Restaurant. The dinner was attended by 18 lecturers and staff members plus spouses and children—both foreign and Thai—and proved a pleasant opportunity to make new friends and reacquaint with old ones.

Attendees varied from such faculties as Science, Engineering, Traditional Thai Medicine, Liberal Arts, and International College, while members of both the President’s and International Affairs offices were also present. Foreign countries represented include Australia, Ireland, Italy, England, Romania, India, the Netherlands, and the United States.

A good time was had by all: abundant, excellent food; storytelling; the sharing of local information; children running around; and, yes, talking shop.
