The Office of the President, Pattani Campus consists of the following units :
Administrative Affairs Division
The Administrative Affairs Division of Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus consists of seven sub-divisions, namely, Document and Files, Personnel, Materials and Supplies, Public Relation, Finance and Accounting, Transportation, Building and Ground and Maintenance sub-divisions (Building and Ground and Maintenance sub-division is in the process of upgrading to a full division).
Academic Service Division
At the present, the Academic Service Division consists of four sub-divisions, namely, Student Registration and Statistics, Curriculum and Staff Development, International Relation, Administrative Service sub-divisions. Its principal duties are to provide education services; support academic development, coordinate and support students and faculties in the matters relating to the teaching and learning activities, curriculum and research works. Promoting international relation activities in order to internationalize the Campus is also one of its main objectives. The division is involved with students from the time of their enrollment until the time they leave the University.
Student Affairs Division (Establishment project)
The Student Affairs Division (Establishment project) was initially a sub-division within the Academic Service Division. Administratively, it is under supervision of the Vice President for Student Development and Community, Pattani Campus. The Student Affairs Division (Establishment project) consists of three sub-divisions, namely, Student Affairs, Student Counseling, Student Welfares and Services sub-divisions. In addition, two more sub-divisions are internally and informally established, namely, the Student Development and the Administrative Affairs sub-divisions. Its goals are to provide students with friendly environment and suitable amenities necessary for happy university lives. Furthermore, it aims to help developing and preparing students to possess good personality, ready academically and ethically to face the outside world after their graduation.
Building and Ground and Maintenance Division (Establishment project)
Building and Ground and Maintenance sub-division is going through the process of upgrading to a full division status. Its mission is to provide good quality service to staffs and students of Pattani Campus regarding the keeping up of well maintained student dormitories, and staff residential compounds, maintaining and improving quality of public utilities of the Campus, managing overall landscaping works and looking after of the environmental problems within the Campus.
Planning Division (Establishment project)
The Panning Division has the responsibility of preparing the overall planning of Pattani Campus including Work planning, Budgetary planning, Personnel planning. It has the duty to follow up the progress of work and to coordinate the operation of faculties and units of the Campus in order that the works are carried out as planned and according to schedules as well as to reconsider, modify, assess the plans as well as collecting all relevant information in order to use them in preparing the management planning and resource allocation. Strengthening institution research in order to support the planning and development, and establishing the physical master plan which is consistent with the education development plan of the University are also its responsibility.
