About the Office:
Initially, during the last two decades of the last century, the University favored the policy of centralizing the administration of the library services and education technology service units of both Hat Yai and Pattani Campuses in order to achieve a unified work system and to increase efficiency regarding learning, teaching, research and academic services. In May 1989 the Office of Academic Services was set up by combining the services units on academic matter, namely, the J.F. Kennedy Library, the Education Technology Center, Khnying Long Athakravisunthorn Library (renamed later as Khnying Long Athakravisunthorn Leaning Resources Center), the Health Science Library of the Faculty of Medicine together; and a new unit, the secretary unit has been added.
Later in November 2007, due to the change in policy, the University has separated and upgraded Khnying Long Athakravisunthorn center to be Khnying Long Athakravisunthorn Learning Resources Office. Since August 2008, the management of Health Science Library has been transferred to Khnying Long Athakravisunthorn Learning Resources Office.
