PSU, as a leading research university, aims to produce high quality graduates who are able to compete in the international level, but also places an important role on its supporting staff members, who are one of the main keys to driven PSU to success at national and international levels. Therefore, PSU encourages its supporting staff to participate in global exchange programs, such as workshops, trainings, job shadowing programs at international partner universities.

Following this policy, PSU sent two staff members to participate in a special event called the International Staff Week 2018 at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, Germany, from June 10-15, 2018, with the valuable support from the Erasmus+ scholarships.

This program represented a great opportunity for PSU staff to understand the dimensions of the intercultural competence, as well as create an important international networking with other participants from several international universities.
