Prof. Dr. Mustri, M.Pd., the Education and Culture Attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Bangkok, together with a group of 11 distinguished delegates, visited PSU Hat Yai Campus in the morning of 18 October 2017. The main objectives of this visit were to strengthen the academic collaboration between PSU and Indonesian universities, as well as to discuss the possibility to establish a Bahasa Indonesia’s Teaching Program at PSU.

          Asst. Prof Dr. Pattara Aiyarak, Vice President for Global Relations and Informatics, welcomed the distinguished guests and chaired the meeting about the possible collaboration in terms of establishing a Bahasa Indonesia’s Teaching Program at PSU. The discussions concentrated on the general management of the program, possible visiting lecturers from Indonesia, and additional study materials to be sent to the Indonesia Corner in Phuket Campus.

          The visit of the honorable Indonesian delegates was very successful and opens the way to further cooperation and friendship among PSU and Indonesian institutions of higher education, as well as between the two countries.
