On July 30, 2013, two delegates from the Directorate General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture (DIKTI), Republic of Indonesia, visited PSU, in order to meet with the PSU representatives, and with the DIKTI scholarship recipients currently enrolled at PSU. The DIKTI scholarship is awarded to the Indonesian faculty members to pursue their graduate degrees at worldwide universities. At present, there are 21 Indonesian students at PSU under this program.

During the welcome meeting chaired by two Associate Deans of the PSU Graduate School, our visitors inquired about the possibilities for more Indonesian lecturers to further their studies at PSU, in order for them to improve their academic quality, which culminates in strengthening the Indonesian tertiary education institutions.
